Yes — Lenox Square has thousands of free parking spaces. The garage entrance nearest to us is off Peachtree Road on the Bloomingdale's/Neiman Marcus side.

Yes. Lenox MARTA station (Red/Gold Line) has an enclosed walkway directly into the mall. From the station entrance it's a short walk to Suite 102 — no parking needed.

Yes — most heel-tip replacements and taps are same-day or while-you-wait. Re-soling typically takes 1–2 weeks depending on materials. Sneaker cleaning and leather work is usually about a week.

Yes. Red sole restoration and silicone sole protectors are among our most requested services. We apply the signature red silicone seal ($125–$145 for women's) to refresh worn pairs or protect new favorites before they ever touch the ground.

Yes. We offer deep cleaning treatments starting at $45, plus sole re-glueing, midsole restoration, and custom paint. Every pair gets collector-grade handling — whether it's a grail or a daily driver.

Yes — designer handbags, belts, leather jackets, luggage, and more. Zipper repair, leather patching, stitching, new zipper installation, custom handles, straps, and hardware replacement.

Yes. Men's heel-lift and heel-tip replacement, leather half-sole + heel, rubber protective soles, shoe stretching, boot repair, belt alterations, and shine.

Women's heel tips run $20–35. Men's run $35–50. Leather half-soles range from $75–140 depending on gender and shoe type. Taps are $8–10. Red silicone seals (Louboutin protector) are $125–145 for women's and $185–215 for men's. Every piece is quoted individually after we see it.

No. Walk in, we look at the shoe, and give you a price and estimated turnaround on the spot. No commitment required — you can take it back if the price doesn't work for you.

Yes — our Ship It In program serves customers nationwide. Text us 5 photos (top, sole, both sides, damage close-up) to (404) 231-5014. We quote you back, you approve, and we send a prepaid UPS label.

Yes. Return shipping is always free and includes $1,000 insurance. We text you tracking and photos of the finished work before it ships back.

When you approve the initial quote, we hold your card — we don't charge it until after we receive and inspect the shoes and you approve the final price. If anything changes after inspection, we text you for re-approval before proceeding. You're never charged without a second confirmation.

1–2 weeks is typical for most jobs once the shoes arrive. We text updates during the process and photos when the work is done.
