Inside Lenox Square Mall, Suite 102 — on the Bloomingdale's side near the food court, same level as California Pizza Kitchen, just to the left of Great American Cookie Company. Look for the shoe-shine stand and our window display.
The Bloomingdale's parking deck off East Paces Ferry Road (same road as the Lenox MARTA station). Come in through the glass doors to the right of Bloomingdale's street-level entrance and you'll walk straight to our shop.
Most simple repairs — heel tips, taps, shines — are while-you-wait, same-day, or 24 hours depending on the queue. Re-soling, stretching, leather work and similar runs 1–2 weeks. The only thing that pushes us beyond two weeks is waiting on a specific material to ship in.
Yes — full-service shoe and leather repair plus stitching and hardware work on accessories, bags, belts and luggage. Sneaker deep-cleaning, sole re-glueing, midsole restoration and custom paint too. Send a couple of photos with a brief description and we'll confirm we can take it on.
No — we're built for walk-ins. We're faster than the major brands or ship-in repair companies because everything is done locally at Lenox. But if you're not nearby, we do offer shipping.
